Are you a dedicated and experienced Scrub Theatre Practitioner? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established theatre department at one of the UK's most respected private hospital groups. As a Scrub Theatre Practitioner, you'll enjoy a salary of 36,000 - 45,000 and the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll also have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of surgical procedures, providing an exciting and varied role.

As a Scrub Theatre Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exemplary planned care for patients within the perioperative stage
  • Assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Scrub/Recovery team
  • Acting as either Scrub/Recovery Practitioner across a range of clinical specialities
  • Working across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Assessing patient needs, implementing and evaluating their care

The ideal candidate for the Scrub Theatre Practitioner role should have:

  • HCPC registration as an ODP or NMC registration as a Nurse with no restrictions
  • At least 2 years of Orthopaedics Scrubbing experience
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • The ability to work on rotation in different specialities and flexibility is required
