About the Role:

Secret Cinema has been thrilling audiences for 15 years, delivering deeply unforgettable experiences, fusing the world of cinema and site-specific immersive entertainment. Audiences get the chance to experience their favourite characters and stories in a whole new way, and with titles like Moulin Rouge!, Blade Runner and Dirty Dancing, attracting over half a million visitors in the past 5 years alone.

Secret Cinema is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Group Sales & Events  to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of group packages for  our immersive events. The successful candidate will have a passion for connecting with people and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective clients and key corporate decision makers.

Please note : this is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. Minimum time in office is 2 days per week. 
What You'll Do:
    • Identify and deliver group revenue strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key corporate decision-makers and stakeholders.
    •  Work collaboratively with the production team to successfully integrate group revenue strategies across multiple projects.
    • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of group sales and events.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies and tactics.
    • Proactively source new business through a clear, result driven strategy and manage your own sales pipeline, updating relevant CRM systems.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay current on market trends.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, as well as track and analyze sales data to inform future strategies.
    • Successfully leverage third party support, carry out targeted analysis and have an up to date awareness of competitor offerings.
    • Confidently create package proposals, ensuring profitable sales conversion in line with each show’s P&L.
We're Looking for Someone With:
    • Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the events, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to deliver ambitious revenue targets, whilst working collaboratively across different departments.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Exceptionally high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspaces.
    • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for sales.
