We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our panel of nationwide Inventory Clerks, to carry out residential property reports on our behalf.  

As a Self-Employed Inventory Clerk, you will be reporting on the condition of properties in and around your local area using an iPad (iOS) free app.   

There’s a variety of work available involving property inventories, checking tenants in and out of a property, carrying out mid-term tenancy inspections, and liaising with lettings and estate agents. The role requires great attention to detail, the ability to deal with situations as they arise, and delivering a great customer service.

All you need is your own vehicle, iPad (iOS), a can-do attitude, and to be a real people person. You don’t have to know about inventories as we will provide full free training.
