Job title: Resident Electrical Engineer (Semi Mobile)
Location: Static Site located in Bradford (x4 sites - Main base Bradford, based here majority of time, x2 sites in Huddersfield, x1 site based in Leeds)
Terms: Permanent contract - Monday to Friday (08:00am - 05:00pm) Full time
Salary/rate: Salary is paying 36,000 depending on qualifications and experience + Pool an to travel to other sites and call out (1 in 3 on call).

- UNLIMITED OVERTIME - Current engineers on the contract take home an additional 10,000 Per annum with overtime.

Requirements: Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below -

* C&G Electrical Engineering 236 Part 1, 2,
* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
* C&G 18th edition IEE or equivalent

About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Resident Engineer with an Electrical Bias to join our client to work on a high-end commercial site located in Bradford, to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems as well as respond to site engineering emergencies within agreed service levels.

Responsibilities:
* Carry out routine maintenance to all building plant, equipment, and systems in accordance with agreed service levels.
* Ensure that reactive breakdowns are carried out in accordance with agreed service levels.
* Complete timesheets accurately, recording site time, expenses etc. and submit weekly with report sheets.
* Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately and in detail using report sheets and ensure signed by the client weekly.
* Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to provide safe working practices.
* Encourage a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures High levels of customer service, maintaining effective relationships with key client contact.


Candidate requirements:
*The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
*Strong building services background
*It's essential that you hold C&G Electrical Engineering 236 Part 1, 2, C&G 18th edition IEE or equivalent
