Senior Account Manager
Our award-winning agency client is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the agencies larger clients, as well as acting as a client lead on their smaller clients.
The Senior Account Manager will be involved in many different types of projects and campaigns including creative, branding, website build and deployment through to digital marketing, having responsibility for project planning, production and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary client contact
- Provide regular project updates to clients
- Attend client and agency meetings
- Ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain consistent client communication throughout projects
- Analyse and refine client briefs to meet business objectives effectively
Skills and experience:
- 4+ years integrated agency experience (preferably within a creative agency)
- Proficiency in print and digital production
- Managing content localization and translation
- Understanding of social and digital platforms
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
- Familiarity with web technologies and brand compliance
