Senior Sales Executive - Transport and Sustainability Solutions

£40,000 - £50,000 base salary
OTE £80,000

Our client, a leading innovator in
hardware and software solutions for the transportation sector, is
seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our
high-performing sales team. With a focus on cutting-edge technology
and sustainability, we are committed to revolutionising the way
transport services operate in collaboration with major stakeholders
like Transport for London, Network Rail, and London Boroughs.
Profile
As a Senior Sales Executive, you
will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our
innovative hardware and software solutions tailored to meet the unique
needs of Transport for London, Network Rail, and London Boroughs. Your
role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with
key decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and presenting
compelling solutions that enhance both efficiency and sustainability
in the transportation sector.
What you will do:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve
and exceed revenue targets within the designated territory.
2.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders in Transport for London,
Network Rail, and London Boroughs to understand their technology needs
and challenges.
3. Present and demonstrate our hardware and
software solutions effectively, showcasing their benefits in terms of
efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams, including product development and
marketing, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our solutions
and effective communication of their value proposition.
5. Stay
informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
6. Prepare and deliver
persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals
successfully.
What you will have:
1.
Proven track record of successful sales experience in the
transportation sector, with a focus on selling to organizations such
as Transport for London, Network Rail, and London Boroughs.
2.
Solid understanding of hardware and software solutions related to
transportation and sustainability.
3. Excellent communication and
presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical
concepts to a non-technical audience.
4. Strong negotiation and
relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach.
5.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
