Role: Senior Account Manager

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary: £40-45,000 plus uncapped commission

Our client are looking for a Senior Account Manager, who must have a Digital Agency background. The client have an office in Northamptonshire and offer the option to work remotely two days a week.

Duties:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
• Working closely with the Project Management and Delivery Teams to ensure that clients expectations are met, whilst remaining on budget.
• Preparation and presentation of reports to clients.
• Addressing and resolving client challenges and issues.

Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role within a Digital agency.
• Experience of account managing E-commerce businesses.
• Practical knowledge in the workings of WordPress websites.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how they are best delivered.
• A demonstrable knowledge of SEO is essential with PPC knowledge a bonus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into meaningful information to clients.
