Senior Accountant/Partner Designate - Practice

Full Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced qualified accountant from a practice environment looking for their next career move. This established and reputable firm of chartered accountants in the East Riding of Yorkshire area are looking for an experienced qualified candidate looking to progress their career with ambitions to be a Partner with the firm within 2 years.
You will have experience of preparing year end accounts and had exposure to dealing with a variety of clients from different sectors and experience of managing your own portfolio of clients. You will ideally have experience of dealing with clients from the Agricultural sector. This role will offer excellent career opportunities for the right candidate with the opportunity of hybrid working.

The Candidate:
Ideally 5 years+ PQE with a firm of accountants
Experience of working with Agricultural clients.
You will have excellent people and communication skills
Excellent business development skills to help the practice grow to take on new clients.
Confident working closely with clients to help build business relationships
Manage your own portfolio of clients.
