I am delighted to be actively recruiting for a well established RIBA Chartered Practice who have over 25 years of offering expert designs across the residential and commercial sectors. Working closely with their clients and delivering specialist advice from conception to completion has ensure repeat clients and high quality design solutions. My client is actively looking for a passionate Senior Architect to join their talented team in Hertfordshire.

The successful Senior Architect will have extensive post qualification experience within an Architectural practice including at management level, as well as strong understanding of the current building regulations and well versed in AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Have extensive post Part Three qualification experience
• Strong design skills
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch UP
• Excellent technical understanding of current building regulations
• Good technical abilities
• Experience working at senior level
• Good management and mentoring capabilities
• Work well in and leading a team
• Proven track record of job running
• Experience working across residential and commercial projects
• Live locally to East Hertfordshire
