Senior Architectural Technician

Our client has proven themselves to pave the way for sustainable and socially responsible design, working with some big household names to create the next generation of workplaces.

This Manchester-based studio are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to join their current team of over 30 creative designers, technicians, project managers etc.
The right individual will need to be personable, confident, and collaborative in order to join this dynamic team and put to good use some strong professional experience in AutoCAD to produce highly detailed technical drawings, joinery packs, and general arrangements.

We are looking for someone enthused by the design process as a whole, who will enjoy meeting with clients to understand the concept of the design, and work alongside the creative designer on each project to produce a cohesive result. With fantastic communication skills, working knowledge of the commercial sector and UK Building Regulations, an ability to hold your own and make practical calls on site, you will be the "guardian of design" on your projects.

This role is a permanent, full-time position, and will be available on a hybrid basis with 4 days per week required in the office. You must have a full UK driving licence and your own transportation in order to perform this role.
