I am excited to be recruiting for an award winning, RIBA Chartered Architecural Practice whose collaborative 30 strong team have earnt themselves a terrific reputations for delivering technically excellent, creative and inspiring designs. Supported by 90 years of experience their portfolio spans a number of sectorsincluding commercial, industrial, education and healthcare. With exciting projects in the pipeline they are seeking a driven Senior Architectural Technician with job running experience to join their residential team in Lichfield.
The successful candidate will have extensive post qualification experience being well verse in both revit and AutoCAD as well as strong technical skills and proven job running experience.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- HND, HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
- Substantial post qualification experience within a UK Architectural firm
- Extensive knowledge of up to date building regulations
- Fully proficient in Revit and ideally in AutoCAD and NBS create
- Excellent technical abilities
- Strong and accurate technical drawings and detailing
- Ideally be MCIAT or working towards
- Must have job running experience
- Attend site and design meetings be able to communicate effectively
- Capable at leading projects throughout their lifespan
- Work well in a team and mentor new staff
