Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join a dynamic healthcare team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and driving value creation initiatives within our healthcare portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive industry research and analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential investment targets, including financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop investment theses and formulate strategic recommendations.
- Support the execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
- Monitor and assess the performance of portfolio companies, identifying opportunities for value creation and operational improvement.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, advisors, and other key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics impacting the healthcare sector.
