We are currently recruiting for a Senior Bartender for our May Fair Kitchen Restaurant within The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel .

Overview:

·        An amazing opportunity tojoin our May Fair Kitchen Restaurant as a Senior Bartender. This vibrant barand restaurant is located within our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel.

·        You will be working afast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of ourkitchen brands and our Edwardian Hotels standards.

·        Becompetent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros Is able toachieve a 100% pass mark in Micro's competency tests.

About You:

·        Previousbar tender experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation isessential.

·        Demonstratesexcellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.

·        Impeccablecommand of the English language both written and spoken.

·        Passionfor food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and foodtrends.
