Weare currently seeking a energetic and experienced Senior Bartender to join ourvibrant bar team. As the Senior Bartender, you will play a central role incrafting exceptional cocktails, overseeing the bar area, and contributing tothe overall success of our establishment. KeyResponsibilities:

-Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages.

-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring adherence to quality andservice standards.

-Lead and inspire the bar team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborativework environment.

-Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute seasonal drinkmenus and promotions.

-Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain the freshness ofingredients.

-Ensure efficient bar workflows and maintain a positive and efficient workingenvironment.

-Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Senior Bartender or in a similar leadership role withinthe hospitality industry.

-Strong mixology skills and a track record of creating innovative andwell-balanced cocktails.

-Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.

-Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
