Senior Biostatistician

Full Job Description

Metric Search is actively representing a leading Contract Research Organisation with the hiring of a Senior Biostatistician to join their Biostatistics Function.

Our client is a CRO that provide full-service support to biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

As a member of the Biostatistics department within this CRO you will have the opportunity to work closely with either one or multiple world class clients, provide statistical input for studies and lead a number of projects.

We are looking for the ideal candidate to have at least 3+ years of industry experience to be considered for these opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Principal and Manager level Biostatisticians
• Statistical support and potential oversight on entire projects, working directly with the sponsor
• Providing mentoring and coaching for junior statisticians
• Create Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs)
• SAS Programming and developing/reviewing ADaM and SDTM data sets.
• Offer Lead trial support across at least one project.

Preferences & Requirements:

• Masters/PhD in Biostatistics/Statistics or related subject
• 3+ years experience working as a Statistician
• Experience working on industry Phase III and IV trials
• SAS Programming Experience
• Experience Leading multiple studies
• Experience/knowledge of the regulatory submissions experience
