A prestigious Chartered Surveying Practice is actively seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Bristol team.

The Senior Building Surveyor role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have the privilege to deliver a multitude of professional services, such as technical due diligence, dilapidations, and party wall matters. Moreover, there's an option to specialize in a preferred professional service, aligning with the individual's strengths and interests.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing technical and strategic advice across various sectors.
- Managing and delivering a wide range of professional surveying services.
- Opportunity to specialize or broaden skills in several surveying disciplines.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- Proficient in delivering a wide range of professional services including technical due diligence, dilapidations, and party wall matters.
- Keen to work within a dynamic and varied sector environment.
- Motivated by the opportunity for professional growth and specialization.
- MRICS qualified (preferred but not essential).
