Are you looking for a senior commercial role that is rewarding and helps contribute to scientific and technological advancements ? Do you want to generate revenue whilst helping companies receive fiscal incentives for investing in research and development ?


Our client, one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK, is a leading Innovation Incentives consulting firm with a specific expertise in the Research and Development (R&D) Tax Credit. They are now looking for experienced business development managers to join their growing team in London. In this role, you'll be exposed to the last cutting edge technologies and will help your clients be rewarded for having invested in R&D!


In this role, you will be required to build a network of referral partners from which to develop client opportunities in core areas such as life sciences, engineering, construction and software. You will have full autonomy for your work and must have the gravitas and charisma to build and manage your own portfolio. The firm has a high performance culture and so are looking for individuals who are able to perform under pressure in a competitive environment.


Your profile:

  • Significant experience in sales/business development desired, with experience successfully driving business growth to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Existing network in core areas such as Medtech and Pharma, engineering, construction, software...
  • Ability to identify and research opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to engage with new clients and support the development of client relationships.
  • Willingness to perform under pressure in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiating skills.
  • Proactive, dedicated and self motivated attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
