Our client is recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager
who has a consultative approach and excellent customer service skills.
The main role of the Senior Business Development Manager is to develop
new relationships with target customers in the hotel industry and
maintain the relationship with existing customers. The ability to
build relationships is a key capability, as well as good attention to
detail.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations at customer premises
- Accurately determine the order needs of customers
- Handle appointments in the showroom
- Conduct Marketing activities in the region
- Develop your own network base
- Undertake product training as and when required
- Develop a level of awareness of new openings and sales opportunities within the region
- Maintain accurate records of contact, project requirements
and customer requirements
Skills/Requirements:
- A great communicator with a passion for people
- Competence in the use of Microsoft Office and Social Media software
- Able to act in
a professional but friendly manner
The role is paying up to £50,000 per annum with the opportunity to benefit from bonuses and salary progression.
