We are looking for a naturally caring individual who's dedicated to helping others in need to join our amazing team of care and support workers at our extra care scheme in Ryde!

What you’ll be doing:

As Senior Care and Support Worker you will assist the Registered Manager onsite to deliver a high level of care for residents, ensuring care is compliant with CQC regulations and that all health & safety protocol is followed.

What you'll have

  •  Experience of leading a team
  • An ability to form positive relationships.
  • Able to adapt quickly to different situations.
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Knowledge residents with care needs – committed to delivering care that improves quality of life for residents.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocol
  • NVQ3 qualification (or equivalent)
