The role

As Senior Chef de Partie you will run a section in the kitchen ensuring all produce is fresh and prepared to the required standard. You will also help to train the Commis chefs. This role will include all of the normal Chef de Partie duties and some extra responsibilities. 

Experience

We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie with good levels of experience as at least Chef de Partie in a good quality venue who is looking for more responsibility and a step up. We cook with all fresh food so experience of this would be beneficial for this role.
