Role Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Client Agent to join our dynamic team, based in our Chelsea office. This pivotal role involves managing a portfolio of talent, meticulously curating and expanding their commercial careers both locally and internationally. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying, negotiating, and overseeing a variety of opportunities, including corporate speaking engagements, Film and TV opportunities, voiceovers, literary projects, branding opportunities, and all activities aligned with the talent's brand, to strategically develop their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• With the Kruger Cowne Team, identify opportunities for existing exclusive Talent and curate set objectives and targets for each Talent.
• Collaborate closely with talent and internal teams to ensure all opportunities align with the talent's brand and career goals.
• Manage and nurture a varied portfolio of talent, ensuring the agreed commercial objectives are achieved.
• Proactively identify and secure lucrative opportunities for corporate speaking engagements, Film, TV broadcasts, voiceovers, literary & publishing deals and branding partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with a keen eye for detail and the best interests of the talent and company at heart.
• Oversee project execution from inception to completion, maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry contacts, and stakeholders at local, national, and international levels.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the talent management industry, preferably with experience managing high-profile clients.
• Strong knowledge of the entertainment, sports, business, and arts industries.
• Proven track record of negotiating and securing commercial opportunities for clients in the entertainment or related industries.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with high-profile talent and industry stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities that align with talent's brands and commercial goals.
• Excellent project management skills, ability to work and manage a team, proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion.
• A deep understanding of the entertainment industry, current trends, and the commercial landscape.

Candidates with an established network of clients and industry connections are a must.

Remuneration and benefits:

Starting salary of £ 60k - £ 80k plus performance bonus and benefits package with experience and the unique opportunity to work with some of the world's most iconic talent.
