ABOUT THE ROLE 


You will be part of the senior sales leadership team, responsible for cultivating and expanding our client base, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your expertise in sales and account management to ensure client satisfaction and exceed sales targets. This is a senior-level role that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in driving business results.

Key Duties:

  • Responsible for overall revenue and service of identified top clients that are aligned to the specific partner hub.
  • Sole responsibility for one of the hub’s most important clients (Samsung).
  • Lead and manage a high-performance team. Sharing and educating your team of best practise through working with the other Senior Client Partners. 
  • Qualification of briefs that come in from the Top 100 clients within your partner hub. 
  • Ensuring the validity of the brief whilst maximising conversion of those accounts. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Act as a trusted adviser and strategic partner, delivering customised solutions to meet their needs. 
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base. Develop and execute account strategies to expand business and maximise sales potential.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into long-term clients. Collaborate with the wider team to develop targeted strategies and close sales.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with clients’ objectives and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions that meet clients’ needs.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Analyse data, track performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and recommended actions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities. Use this knowledge to identify potential business opportunities and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholder.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of client strategies. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manger. Act as an advocate for clients within the organisation, driving a customer-centric culture. 
  • Responsible for commendations and deployment of marketing budgets for your hub, in collaboration with marketing on.

ABOUT YOU

  • Substantial experience in media with a strong understanding of the overall media landscape and capability to explain the benefits of a brands chosen media mix.
  • Extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior level clients.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Self- motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Technical skills and proficient use of key industry platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, TGI, Ad Intel, Ipsos IrisI)
