Full Job Description

• Support the development and implementation of policy to deliver strategic and Commercial objectives.
• Assist in the development of new approaches and contractual mechanisms to address specific, complex Commercial issues in individual franchise competitions.
• Advise on relevant policy, commercial and contractual issues.
• Influence policy developed by other parts of the Department so that impacts of other policy decisions are taken into account by policymakers.
• Work with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Help to develop and implement a fully transparent approach in policy development and once developed are published to improve public and industry understanding of our policy position.
