Senior Construction Planner

Full Job Description

I am looking for a Senior Planner with extensive experience working on Residential and Health care schemes to join a UK leading main contractor that offers great development opportunity alongside new and exciting projects to get involved in.

The Role

As a Senior Planner, you will be working on both Pre-Construction and live projects. You will require extensive experience of working on Residential and Health care schemes as well as experience delivering NEC contracts. To begin with, you'll spend most of your time on-site but as time goes on, you'll get more involved in tenders. You'll be working in a structured and autonomous environment.

You will need

• 3-5 years planning experience
• Residential project experience
• Previous Commercial or Build project experience
• Experience working on projects in London
• Good knowledge of Asta Power project
• Experience working on Tenders
