This role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and shape diverse projects across sectors like retail, residential, education, and commercial offices.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing a variety of projects. This position demands a high level of expertise and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of each project.

• Overseeing project planning and resource allocation.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Chartered status (RICS/APM) is ideal but not essential.
• Must have previous experience in a Consultancy role.
• A degree in Project Management or a relevant equivalent is required.
• A strong background in managing Commercial Projects is essential.
• Possession of a full driver's license is necessary.
