A global, listed consultancy based in Central London is currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join their established and growing team.
This is a client facing role that role will partner with reputable, FTSE listed companies as well as a significant number of private companies to consult and advise on executive compensation. Responsibilities include:
- Finance and data analytics - working with colleagues on databases to undertake benchmarking of pay levels and use of systems to conduct financial analysis.
- Financial modelling and costing pay proposals.
- Interpretation of data analysis to inform conclusions.
- Supervising Junior Analysts in data collection and analysis.
- Draft reports around benchmarking review and incentive design.
- Preparing presentations to present to senior leadership, partners and clients.
- Preparing tender documents and attending pitches
- Interacting with clients to discuss reports and collect data and insights.
- Client meeting attendance as standard
- Ad hoc reporting, and competitor and market analysis
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified, with post-qualified experience working in a consulting/ advisory related role, in Big 4 or a professional services environment. Candidates at Senior Consultant level should have a basic understanding of executive remuneration and the current executive pay landscape including corporate governance, operation of share plans and navigating a directors’ remuneration report. IPO experience would also be beneficial. Candidates must be adaptable, quick learners and have strong Excels and financial modelling skills.
