We're partnering with a rapidly growing consultancy on a mission to empower companies navigating digital transformation challenges. With an ambitious 3-year expansion plan, they seek a Senior Consultant with a background in financial services & technology and transformation consulting to join them on their journey.

Location Workplace Policy: 2 days in a central London office (must be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship requirements)

Salary: £55k – £65k + package

Who you are:

• Background in technology and transformation consulting
• Proven track record in leading and managing program or portfolio delivery, particularly within financial services or consultancy.
• Experience navigating regulatory and financial environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Adept at managing expectations, workloads, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of both traditional and Agile project delivery methodologies.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying current within the tech industry.
• Experience with RAID methodology and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Composed under pressure and able to deliver exceptional client service.
• Ambitious and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed expectations.
