Becoming a Mentioneer means you’ll be joining our Customer Advocacy Intelligence® movement, which is changing the world of marketing.

Our data-driven Advocacy Intelligence Platform equips brands to drive growth through their fans by encouraging and rewarding personal recommendations.

There’s a good chance you’ve already come across us while online shopping from Puma, Michael Kors, ASOS, Ray Ban, or any other of the 500+ brands we work with.

We’ve delivered more than 5.5m referrals totalling over $2bn in revenue for our clients.

The Role

We have launched the world's first Customer Advocacy Intelligence Platform and we are looking for an experienced copywriter with passion for creating outstanding, engaging content to join our marketing team.

In this fast - paced role, you will play a key role in educating the world as to why customer advocacy matters and documenting the creation of a new marketing discipline, ‘Customer Advocacy Marketing’. 

Reporting to our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our performance marketing, product marketing, product and partner teams delivering outstanding, engaging content that readers love!

What you’ll do:
  • Transform content plans into captivating content that resonates with our target customer profile and existing customers.
  • Gain or supplement existing knowledge about marketing technology swiftly.
  • Identify and leverage trends and insights to optimise content.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing) to create landing pages and improve user experience for SEO/SEM.
  • Conduct research on industry-related topics while identifying gaps to address in our current content.
  • Craft and post original copy for blogs, case studies, landing pages, emails, social media and ads, and informative articles about our company's products and services.
  • Monitor relevant content metrics such as website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Maintain fresh content with the latest company updates and create periodic reports on content performance.
  • Interview internal teams, clients, and industry experts to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products.
  • Collaborate with designers to visually enhance text-based content.
  • Develop the brand's tone and language for use in brochures, banners, and sales emails.
  • Implement SEO practices to optimise articles and improve their search rankings.
  • Publish content directly on HubSpot and social channels.
We'd really like to hear from you, if...
  • You have marketing technology knowledge, with bonus points for Martech knowledge and experience.
  • You've worked with HubSpot.
  • You're a good storyteller with a penchant for creating engaging content across various mediums.
  • You have a proven track record in copywriting and SEO, preferably in a B2B SaaS in a growth-stage setup.
  • You value detail, strive for quality in your work and are obsessed with the performance of your work
  • You've demonstrated experience in keyword research, content optimisation for SEO/SEM, and running email, social media, or display advertising campaigns.
  • You have excellent writing and editing skills, and can simplify complex concepts for various audiences and formats.
  • You keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement.
  • You're able to share your work portfolio.
  • You've bonus points for having experience with generative AI such as ChatGPT.
