Senior Corporate Lawyer

Leading West End Firm

£100,000 - £120,000

 

Our client, a leading West End law firm, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Corporate Lawyer to join the team in providing exceptional legal services to clients in the media and technology sector.

 

We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join the team who has experience of playing an active role in M&A deals. Many of the Lawyers at this firm have come from a magic circle background and therefore, you will have the chance to work with some of the leading minds in the profession. Responsibilities:

 

Providing expert advice on corporate legal matters, mainly mergers and acquisitions, but also corporate finance, joint ventures, and some venture capital

Managing complex transactions, negotiating deals, and drafting legal documents

Advising on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers in the team

 

Requirements:

 

At least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer, with a proven track record of handling complex corporate transactions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of corporate law and business

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients to achieve common goals

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
