New role at this leading award-winning Creative agency - A solid Senior Project Manager ideally with an ATL background (open to an early Senior) who is able to hit the ground running with the ability to see the bigger picture, but also keep an eye on pitfalls.


As a Senior Project Manager within our Advertising team, you'll be at the forefront of managing the day-to-day delivery of vital client campaigns, initiatives, and projects across various accounts.


Their diverse portfolio encompasses an exciting array of brands spanning different products and services, offering you the opportunity to immerse yourself in full 360 campaigns at both national and global levels.


Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations. Leveraging your charm, persuasion, tact, and exceptional project management skills, you'll orchestrate operations to stay on track and within budget.


A natural problem-solver, you navigate challenges with creativity, knowing when to seek senior support and proactively offering solutions with a calm demeanor and a solid plan.


Treating each project's budget as if it were your own, you adeptly balance the competing demands of scope, ambition, time, and finances. Your proactive approach sees you willingly taking on additional responsibilities, always striving to find optimal delivery solutions and readily rolling up your sleeves when necessary. Meticulous attention to detail is your hallmark; nothing escapes your scrutiny.


While proficiency in project management fundamentals is essential (budgeting, planning, statement of work development, etc.), we're also seeking an individual with a deep appreciation and understanding of the creative process, strategy, data, media, and production. Moreover, your exceptional interpersonal skills will foster a collaborative team culture.


Your Profile:

  • Assume responsibility for larger projects and feel personally accountable for both the work and the process.
  • Drive decision-making processes around projects, ensuring key stakeholders are appropriately involved and consulted for efficient project delivery.
  • Hold team members accountable and manage consequences as required. Participate in the agencies delivery initiatives when called upon.

Commercial Acumen:

  • Manage the commercial requirements of multiple projects, ensuring their commercial success on average.
  • Make informed commercial decisions regarding project delivery to the project's benefit.

Collaboration:

  • Embrace the creative process, collaborating closely with creative teams to produce exceptional work and offering your perspective on creative matters when necessary.
  • Facilitate and drive project collaboration, ensuring crucial conversations occur in a timely manner.
  • Actively participate in and mediate project discussions.
  • Proactively engage with the business and wider specialisms to ensure project needs are met.
  • Foster conditions for collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, resulting in positive outcomes.

Problem Solving & Decision Making:

  • Anticipate and resolve problems on your projects independently, demonstrating the ability to manage an increased workload and make decisions autonomously.
  • Exhibit sound judgment in decision-making.
