Senior Creative Producer

Really great opportunity to work full-time perm for this amazing  Creative Event agency based in one of the coolest parts of east London are on the look out Senior Creative Producers to join their ever expanding team! They are very heavy on the Luxury, High-end Retail, Fashion and Beauty/Cosmetics clientele - Clients include Bobby Brown, Givenchy, Cartier and Nike - to name a few! Really exciting creative projects coming up. Working in Creative events design, digital and brand experience. 

About the Role/ Needs and Desired:

. Working on projects from conception to completion, leading/managing an internal team, managing creative and production resource and external suppliers.

. You’ll be ambitious, passionate about event design and production.

. Project management oversight from pitch to reconciliation and evaluation. 

.  Managing creative resource + design/graphics management including steering & briefing design.

. Possessing additional creative skills or interest in creative strategy, compelling visual research/art direction, presentation, programming and styling/set would be a bonus.

. Financial responsibility and oversight – budgeting, negotiation, reconciliation and ensuring set budget guidelines are upheld

. Structuring projects & critical paths to ensure efficiency and onward managing workload. 

. Client liaison and management including responding to briefs, as part of pitch teams (where appropriate) and keeping regular project communication and project milestones. 

. Supplier outreach, briefing + management. You are also interested in sourcing new and best-in-class suppliers and makers – be that florists, artisans, set designers, F&B.

. Managing and mentoring junior producer/s, assistants and runners. Event Management – Onsite event management across the build, live event and design.

. Budget Management – Ensuring all projects are delivered on budget maintaining agency standards for profit margin, overseeing project reconciliation & invoices. Creative Pitches/Concepts – Contributing to creative and strategic discussion around new briefs and contributing to response including visual curation, 2D/3D renders, concept ideation and budget analysis.

 Software: You will be proficient in Microsoft office (Word & Excel, PPT/Keynote), Any level of experience of design programs (Adobe Suite, Photoshop) a bonus but not a must!
