You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer, working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders  and our customer partners to proactively seek out, track and execute growth opportunities rooted in category & shopper insights.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Develop and drive customer relationships across functions with a key focus on building the contact matrix and influencing within the customer.
  • Support the execution of the strategy for the customer
  • Identify and share insights and opportunities supporting the development and execution of the Joint Business Plan
  • Provide thought leadership internally & externally around brand & category initiatives (promotional strategy / budget planning)
  • Leading delivery of category dashboard / fundamentals and recommending corrective actions to ensure targets are met
  • Ongoing assessment of opportunities / risks and lead initiatives to optimize category performance

  • Proficient in Nielsen, Kantar and SIP
  • Customer-facing roles

This is a fixed term contract with an end date of December 2024.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz  Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
