- Communicate effectively with internal departments to manage defects efficiently.
- Evaluate contractor performance and report findings to management.
- Maintain the online database, Clixifix, under the guidance of the Customer Relations Manager.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in construction practices with a strong background in Clerk of Works duties.
- Comprehensive understanding of residential new home aftercare and common defects.
- Familiarity with reading floor plans and legal documentation within the development process.
