Seeking a Senior Customer Relations Advisor with a strong background in Clerk of Works responsibilities to elevate the customer experience within a growing residential construction firm. This pivotal role requires adeptness in fieldwork, conducting end-of-day inspections, and surveys on-site, alongside handling general Customer Relations Advisor duties in their Central London office.


As a Senior Customer Relations Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of fieldwork while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This multifaceted position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

  • Facilitate the setup of customer care services for each development project.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure a smooth customer landing process.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to manage defects efficiently.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and report findings to management.
  • Maintain the online database, Clixifix, under the guidance of the Customer Relations Manager.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in construction practices with a strong background in Clerk of Works duties.
  • Comprehensive understanding of residential new home aftercare and common defects.
  • Familiarity with reading floor plans and legal documentation within the development process.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in defect resolution processes.
  • A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Solid numeracy skills for monitoring financial activity related to sales and service changes.
