SENIOR DATA SCIENCE CONSULTANT

Up to £90,000 + benefits

London - 3 days a week

This is a chance to join an E-commerce and retail driven marketing agency to create impactful models and work with cutting-edge technologies.

The Role:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Working on core segmentation, churn, and recommender system-based projects, alongside deep learning and neural networks to support core clients
• Part of a team of 8 reporting to the Head of Data Science - working closely with a wider Engineering function
• Focusing on maximising commercial value, understand business requirements
• Conduct analyses to endorse or discover fresh projects, products, and business prospects, including presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Occasional work with clients, going on pitches and presenting key findings
• Deploying models alongside Engineering best practices

Your Skills and Experience:

• MSc or PhD level education in STEM subjects.
• Strong experience in commercially driven Data Science work
• Candidates must have prior experience in consultancy and ideally customer ML/marketing
• Pricing or promotion optimisation is a bonus
• Proven value on your CV (evidence of %'s saved or £'s increased!)
• Commercial exposure to Python, SQL
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with teams and colleagues.
