SENIOR BEHAVIOURAL DATA SCIENTIST

REMOTE POSITION

£70,000 - £90,000 SALARY RANGE

COMPANY:

We are collaborating with a healthcare startup specializing in utilizing clinical trial and survey data to drive innovation, improve patient outcomes, and optimize healthcare solutions. Currently, we are in search of an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team, focusing on analyzing behavioural data to enhance our understanding of customers.

ROLE:

• Spearhead the development and application of advanced data science models and algorithms, utilizing clinical trial and survey data.
• Plan and execute intricate data analyses to uncover significant patterns, trends, and insights.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into existing products and services.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually elevate data science capabilities.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior members of the data science team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with overarching business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in handling behavioural data and modeling.
• Prior experience in the Health/Pharma industry or domain knowledge.
• Expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
