Senior Design Manager - Industrial Factory

Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with highly experienced Senior Design Managers for a mega scheme in Bristol.

Our client, a specialist design consultancy support tier 1 and 2 contractors across the South of England with their Design management. We have an excellent relationship with the director and the ideal candidate would be representing this consultancy, working under the leading uk wide contractor.

The project is a 450m new build factory scheme based near Bristol which will create hundreds of employment opportunities for the local region. The scheme is yet to get underway and hence the requirement for design support at this stage.

You will be responsible for leading 1 section of the project initially with another design manager reporting directly into you.

Ideally the candidate would come from a strong contracting background, and have knowledge and previous experience in large jobs above 250m. Architecture background is desirable.
