Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to work on new build projects ranging in value from 5-30M.
Coming from a Main Contracting background, you will be responsible for overseeing the design stage from a pre-construction perspective, including inquiry documents & interpreting the requirements of the client as well as, as and when needed, being involved with the build process to ensure that the build matches the design of the building.
The sectors of work include but are not limited to MOD, MOJ as well as DofE, with a high proportion of this work being on a framework/2 stage tender basis.
