We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The opportunity

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a digital trading leader to run the digital B2B trading strategy for EMEA here at Adobe. This role is responsible for increasing Adobe’s Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (NNARR) from Creative Cloud and Acrobat for Teams across all surfaces. We are seeking a person who is a customer champion, insights driven, and who challenges the status quo to lead transformation. This role will be involved in everything from defining local market roadmaps and programs to contributing to overall global strategies. Responsible for putting in place a comprehensive set of metrics and measures that will be used to track and improve the effectiveness of strategics and sales conversion tactics across the EMEA region.

What you'll Do
  • Develop and implement a digital strategy to drive growth in ARR for Adobe’s Digital B2B sales, through the acquisition of net new customers via direct or free-to-paid acquisitions, expansion of licences to our existing base and upsell existing individual base to B2B offerings.

  • Responsible for accurately forecasting the business on a weekly, quarterly and yearly basis and developing gap plans where necessary. An expert perspective on the underlying business health, performance and customer experience of our business across countries, categories and surfaces.

  • Partner with international growth teams to use new product and web experience capabilities and drive global conversion motions in region

  • Creation of quarterly trading plans for EMEA countries, inclusive of B2B promotional and pricing activities within region, across acquisition and upsell flows.

  • Monitor and understand the competitor landscape and its impact on our digital strategy and performance

  • Working with local and global based designated squads to drive customer experience improvement and culturalisation at scale

  • Prepare detailed presentations, analysis, and materials to support the senior management team with QBRs and Strategic business reviews

  • Partner with non-Digital B2B stakeholders to align on strategy, GTM motions, regional insights and action plans.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with worldwide peers and stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness of programs and the impact of operational strategies. Look for ways to both bring and share best-practice to constantly improve performance.

What you need to succeed
  • You are tenacious and resilient – experience of being responsible for a sales number and holding others to account to deliver it

  • An effective communicator, with ability to flex styles dependent on the audience. Experienced in building and maintaining positive relationship across a corporate, matrix organisation

  • Have an extensive E-commerce experience with international business background and superb ability to work with complex sets of data. You also have experience in digital trading within the context of B2B sales.

  • Experience in story telling using data. Ability to analyse and articulate complex data sets will be a must.

  • This critical role requires outstanding commercial acumen and communication/influencing skills. Having high EQ is crucial in Adobe, as well as the drive and appetite for change.

  • Customer centric in your thinking and will challenge yourself and your colleagues to deliver the best customer experience

  • Take ownership of the performance of your category to forecast within +/- 5% accuracy

  • You are skilled in our products – or are willing to learn!

  • Leader: Is seen as an expert across the organization. Promotes new ways of thinking. Highly influential. Is well received and respected by executives, leads teams, cross-functional groups, customers and partners.

As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
