Senior Drug Safety Physician

Full Job Description

BioTalent is headhunting for a UK or Germany based Senior (Global) Drug Safety Physician who is fluent or business level professional in both English and French language. The role is remote with the option of office sites (in UK and Germany) to work from.

Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical safety activities for assigned studies, ensuring compliance with international safety reporting requirements.
• Provide invaluable medical expertise to our Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance team, supporting both medically trained and non-medical colleagues.
• Spearhead training and mentoring initiatives, empowering our team to excel in clinical safety data interpretation and risk management.
• Act as a subject matter expert in regulatory compliance, guiding our efforts to meet and exceed industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, from clinical research organizations to regional offices, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Requirements:

• Experienced: 10+ years in senior roles, you have a proven track record in drug safety and pharmacovigilance.
• Collaborative: You thrive in team environments and excel in matrix structures, fostering cooperation and synergy.
• Multicultural: Your clear communication skills and multicultural adaptability enable you to excel in diverse, multilingual settings.
• Innovative Thinker: You bring a systematic approach to problem-solving, coupled with strong judgment and initiative.

Requirements:

• Medical Qualifications: A medical doctor with a passion for global health and pharmaceutical innovation.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is a must, with proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese considered a strong advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, and Regulatory requirements.
