Senior Editor - Education Publishing

Full Job Description

Think Selection is delighted to be recruiting a Senior Editor for a successful and well-established independent Education Publishing company, a leading provider of education resources for early years.

Your role as Senior Editor will be to lead with the development of the company’s innovative Comprehension and Creative Writing program across both print and cutting-edge digital platforms.

You’ll oversee all aspects of the development process from start to finish, work closely with authors and editors and provide guidance to illustrators and designers.

As a key member of a friendly, growing editorial and design team, you’ll bring problem-solving skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented editor with a background in education publishing, who has experience in project management and can seamlessly work across ongoing projects.

Adobe Photoshop and a solid understanding of Adobe InDesign would be an advantage.

A hybrid working pattern of 2 days per week in the north London offices is offered. A competitive salary and company benefits are on offer to the successful candidate.
