Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Research Projects, MVP Studio (23051)

This role is to provide essential support in scaling up models, optimizing processes, and facilitating technology transfer, with a specific focus on utilizing chemical and biological methods for effective decarbonisation. 

You will be instrumental in advancing the decarbonization initiatives from laboratory experimentation to pilot-scale operation.  Your responsibilities will include: 

• Designing and conducting experiments at the laboratory scale to refine various processes, materials, and products, aiming for optimal efficiency.
• Executing experiments for scaling up processes from laboratory-scale to actual operational scale.
• Identifying and addressing challenges associated with scaling up, ensuring a seamless transition and process integrity.
• Collecting and analysing data, preparing comprehensive reports, and delivering presentations that summarise research findings.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of research projects within designated timelines and budgets.
• Maintaining accurate records of experimental protocols, data, and observations to ensure reproducibility and traceability of results.

• An undergraduate or graduate degree in Aquaculture, Chemistry, Biology, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Proven expertise in designing and conducting experiments and utilising analytical techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• An understanding of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
