Role Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join theirteam as an Associate Director Team Lead. The successful candidate will lead a busy family law team, driving performance, setting high standards, and empowering team members to achieve professional success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing family law team, providing supervision, support, and guidance to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and targets, focusing on client objectives and resolving all concerns.
- Tailor and choreograph cases with the team to meet client objectives, addressing complex legal issues with strategic planning and negotiation techniques.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and innovation among team members.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor, both internally with team members and externally with clients.
- Utilize strong communication skills to connect and communicate effectively at all levels within the firm and with clients.
- Demonstrate professional responsibility and accountability, upholding the firm's reputation for delivering a first-class service.
- Uphold strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work in a paperless environment.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating resilience and commitment under pressure.
- Conduct performance/coaching conversations to support and add value to team members.
- Uphold the firm's reputation for excellence, maintaining empathy, understanding, and efficiency in all tasks.

Requirements:
- 10 years plus PQE in family law.
- Experience in managing a high-performing team.
- Extensive private family law experience.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the legal market.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in addressing client concerns.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Resilience, commitment, and a strong work ethic.
