Senior HR Advisor - Part Time

Full Job Description

Our client is a high profile employer based on the East coast of Suffolk and they have recently created a new part time Senior HR Advisor role to work in their established HR function.

The position is predominantly focusing on delivering an outstanding employee relations service to the workforce, building best practice and guidance on people related queries. Applications are welcome from experienced HR professionals who can commit to being on site 22 hours a week, which could be split across 3 or 4 days. There is some flexibility offered as well.

The main areas of responsibility include:

• Providing proactive, professional HR Advice and guidance
• Building effective working relationships with your stakeholders across the business
• You will assist managers in organising informal and formal case meeting
• Attending formal case meetings
• Maintaining up to date records and suggesting improvements
• Providing early insight, offering improvementsand developing line managers ER knowledge via coaching

Alongside proven HR experience and knowledge of managing ER cases, candidates may have a formal CIPD qualification (but not essential). Strong interpersonal skills and having a collaborative approach are required.
