Full Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen to work for a London-based NHS
organisation who are seeking to appoint an Interim Senior HR Business
Partner. The post will involve leading on providing strategic
workforce solutions aligned to the business units (Divisions and or
Corporate teams) with a view to enabling delivery of the clinical
strategy and organisational objectives.
Key
responsibilities will include:
- Leading the local implementation of the human resources aspects of the divisional business plan;
- Leading on identifying the workforce implications that flow from the strategy and developing initiatives to implement changes that improve performance;
- Developing and implementing initiatives which directly support the delivery of the OD and Workforce Strategy and add value to the overall performance of the organisation;
- Influencing, supporting and delivering a local workforce strategy which reflect the business, opportunities for growth, plans for redesigned services and alignment to the overall People & OD strategy;
- Developing and monitoring workforce plans that support the delivery of strategic objectives both internal and external to the organisation;
- Creating and implementing plans to improve people management and leadership capability.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record of operational and strategic HR achievements as a senior level, working across a broad remit including OD;
- Experience of facilitating multi-professional groups and team working;
- Evidence of successfully facilitating change, cultural and behavioural change, service improvement, and team development;
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and good employment practice;
- Knowledge of the current HR Agenda in the NHS and how this supports service provision and performance.
