Our client, a respected partner to schools nationwide, is in search of a Senior HR Business Partner to lead HR and Occupational Health advisory services.
The ideal candidate will be based in the North West and primarily work from home. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of HR and Employment Law Consultants, ensuring GDPR and Occupational Health compliance, collaborating with schools, refining policies and contracts, and managing both routine and complex employee relations, HR, and employment law issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or, preferably, Master's degree in HR, Employment Law, OH Management, or relevant field experience
- Proficiency in GDPR and Occupational Health management
- Experience in HR, employment law administration, and employee relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive senior-level experience in the schools/education sector
- CIPD or similar certification is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Self-awareness and a commitment to professional growth
