Full Job Description

Due to an increase in workload, Global E&C are looking for a Senior HSE Advisor to join the team.

This opportunity will be based in Aberdeen and will require occasional site trips.

As Senior HSE Advisor, your primary duties will include:

• Ensuring our continued registration to ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
• Carrying out planned internal HSE Audits to ensure compliance with the requirements of procedures and current legislative requirements.
• Ensuring that all new personnel are given induction training and, where necessary, refresher training on the requirements of the HSE Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Participating in the Emergency Response process as and when required and ensuring that any lessons learned are incorporated into the HSE IMS.
• Preparing all necessary information for presentation during the planned HSE Management Review Meetings.
• Ensuring that the Management are immediately notified of any HSE issues which cannot be readily resolved.
• Undertaking Incident Investigations and Root Cause Analysis, developing Action Plans and ensuring compliance with these.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

• NEBOSH/IOSH
• CDM experience
• Proven ability in Leading complex client projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Excellent stakeholder Leadership skills.
• Strong communicator and proven ability to deliver results across a complex group of internal, and external, stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Oil and Gas Operations, projects, and turnarounds.
