Role Title

Senior IT Project Manager - ERP Implementation

Wilmslow, Cheshire

70,000 - 75,000 + Benefits + Hybrid Working 2 days

Role Profile

This newly created role will oversee the planning and delivery of the Business Change workstream. This portfolio includes a series of transformation projects designed to enhance business systems and operational practices in alignment with the company's strategic vision. Key projects will involve the implementation of new IT systems, software, and processes, the definition of new policies, governance frameworks, and ways of working, as well as the purchase, installation, and validation of new capital equipment.

Role Scope

• Embedding Best Practices: Implement and promote project management best practices and governance standards to ensure the consistent and controlled delivery of business optimization projects within established timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Alignment with Strategic Direction: Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that project management activities are aligned with the strategic direction of the business, translating overarching goals into clear and actionable project plans and work packages.
• Managing Interdependencies: Identify and manage overlaps and interdependencies among IT systems projects, tailoring project strategies to maximize synergies

Skills & Experience

Expert-level knowledge of project & programme management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches.

Direct experience leading and implementing ERP systems, influencing and directing functional heads.

Microsoft Dynamics knowledge an advantage
