As a Senior Internal Communications Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement. This is a high-impact, global role that plays a pivotal part in shaping their internal communication strategies and fostering a vibrant company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement and senior stakeholders to develop and implement effective internal communication strategies.

Design and manage internal communication channels and content, ensuring they resonate with employees and align with the company values and objectives.

Drive employee engagement through innovative and compelling storytelling. Measure and analyse the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, continually seeking improvement.

Support change management processes by providing clear, concise, and timely communication.

About You:

You have approximately 8+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably within the technology or financial sectors.

A natural storyteller with a creative flair, able to articulate complex ideas in an engaging and accessible manner.

Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation.

You are super bright, with a passion for excellence and innovation in your work. A team player who takes their work seriously, but not themselves too much, bringing a positive and collaborative approach to the team.

Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field is desirable.
