Full Job Description

We are looking to engage a Senior International Advisor in Hotel Financial Controlling (USALI).

This is not a salaried full-time job but an advisory assignment for a professional advisor/consultant with his or her own practice and VAT number.

Contracting party: G&A ● Gransier & Associates (from Vienna, Austria),

About G&A:

The main objective of G&A is to assist in developing and maintaining profitable, stand-alone private sector companies active in the hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors.

To achieve this objective, G&A Advisory Teams are formed, usually consisting of three or more members: a G&A Team Coordinator (contract, liability and admin), a G&A Senior International Advisor who is an experienced senior manager with a solid financial background and industry knowledge of the relevant sector, and one or more functional or technical G&A Specialists, depending on the requirements of the ultimate Client, as agreed with G&A.

The G&A Advisory Team’s services are delivered both on-site and off-site, dealing with strategic and day-to-day management issues, and aim to have an immediate impact by addressing the central issue of succeeding in the competitive marketplace of each Client.
Each member of the G&A Team acts as an advisor to the Client and its management team.

The G&A Advisory Team’s mission is to advise, support, motivate, challenge, and help the Client cope with the inevitable rapid change in market-driven economies. The G&A Advisory Team will also be expected to facilitate links whenever required (and possible) with potential customers, suppliers, sources of finance and investors.

All G&A Advisory Team members are to provide their services as fully independent advisors and are not to act as procurement agents or temporary project managers.
