We are looking to engage a Senior International Advisor in Hotel
Financial Controlling (USALI).
This is not a salaried full-time job but an advisory assignment for a professional advisor/consultant with his or her own practice and VAT number.

About G&A:
The main
objective of G&A is to assist in developing and maintaining
profitable, stand-alone private sector companies active in the
hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors.
To achieve this objective, G&A Advisory Teams are formed,
usually consisting of three or more members: a G&A Team Coordinator
(contract, liability and admin), a G&A Senior International Advisor
who is an experienced senior manager with a solid financial background
and industry knowledge of the relevant sector, and one or more
functional or technical G&A Specialists, depending on the requirements
of the ultimate Client, as agreed with G&A.
The G&A Advisory Team’s services are delivered both on-site
and off-site, dealing with strategic and day-to-day management issues,
and aim to have an immediate impact by addressing the central issue of
succeeding in the competitive marketplace of each Client.
Each member of the G&A Team acts as an advisor to the
Client and its management team.
The
G&A Advisory Team’s mission is to advise, support, motivate,
challenge, and help the Client cope with the inevitable rapid change
in market-driven economies. The G&A Advisory Team will also be
expected to facilitate links whenever required (and possible) with
potential customers, suppliers, sources of finance and investors.
All G&A Advisory Team members are to
provide their services as fully independent advisors and are not to
act as procurement agents or temporary project managers.
Requirements
Your profile:
- You have established a successful private practice serving
hospitality clients with hotel-related financial advisory
services.
- You are not in between jobs, or looking for a
swift change of profession.
- Your experience includes
being a senior professional such as CEO, SVP in Finance, with
"managed" hotels.
- Your career has included extensive
experience as night-auditor, income auditor, chief cashier, accountant
and financial controlling.
- Your ICT experience incudes Opera, Micros, and Fairmas.
- You can lead the implementation
of bottom up cash flow management and reporting.
- You
have written in the past, and you can coach in writing an Operating
Business Plan
- USALI 11th version

be considered.

Benefits
Competitive daily net
advisory fee, ca 10 days per month for ca 12 months.
Travel and lodging are reimbursed.
The chosen candidate must be able to
submit a VAT invoice through his or her business.
This
is not a full-time salaried job, but an advisory assignment. Hence,
income tax and social security contributions must be paid by the
candidate.
Payment per month in the tax domicile of
the advisor.
