Rockbourne has been exclusively instructed by a leading, boutique, Central-London-based advisory firm to help them appoint an Investment Agent to the team.
Our client provides in-depth and comprehensive advice on all aspects of investment, acquisitions, leasing, lease consultancy, asset management and development to the UK's most prestigious landlords and developers – including The Crown Estate, LandSec, Brookfield, Portland Estate, Nuveen, Grosvenor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director/Director level Surveyor to join a leading boutique agency and play a pivotal role in providing investment advice on commercial property to many of the UK’s leading institutions, property companies and high-net-worth individuals.

What will you be doing?
- Working closely with various funds, institutions, and PE
- Advising and helping to prepare sales mandates for retained clients
- Maintain existing client relationships with respect to sales and acquisitions
- Undertake marketing campaigns with the team
- Provide technical support to senior team members assisting on transactions from start to completion
- Analyse and present real estate financial data to support transactions.
- Formulate and deliver presentations with confidence and have good attention to detail.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and other agents/advisors
Other Details:
- Salary: £65,000 - £110,000 + a competitive bonus/commission structure
- Location: West-End based
